HOLIDAY ORDERING: PLEASE NOTE: USPS is extremely backed up right now due to the holidays and COVID. I can make NO guarantees on shipping time ! Thanks for understanding!

After you place your order you will receive an email notification that we have received your order and it is being processed. Please allow 3-7 business days for your goods to ship & another week for your package to safely arrive (domestic estimates).  If you need your order sooner or by a certain date, please email us at thebottleofbread@gmail.com

RETURNS AND DAMAGE

We do not have a return policy on vintage or handmade.  If the item you receive is not as described, or you are unhappy with it, please let us know and we can discuss options. We do our best to describe and photograph everything accurately and your satisfaction is our priority. We work closely with many vendors & consigners and often pay them out as soon as an order is fulfilled, making it very difficult for us to make exchanges/returns, especially on handmade items.  If something comes to you damaged or in a defective condition PLEASE email us immediately and let us know.  We always do our best to make things right with our customers! For lost and stolen packages, please remember that this is a one woman show! So we are unable to give full refunds if a package is lost or stolen, or damaged.  We encourage you to reach out to your local post office and we will do the same on your and our behalf.
 

LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES

Bottle of Bread is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. We are a very small business and can not reimburse orders. We will do our best to help you find something that is marked delivered but has not reached your doorway.
