SHIPPING

After you place your order you will receive an email notification that we have received your order and it is being processed. Please allow 3-5 days for “ready to ship” items and 2-3 weeks for “made to order” items.  If you need your order sooner or by a certain date, please email us at thebottleofbread@gmail.com

RETURNS AND DAMAGE

We do not accept returns unless the item is damaged or was misrepresented in the listing.  For lost and stolen packages, please remember that this is a one woman show! So we are unable to give full refunds if a package is lost or stolen, or damaged.  We encourage you to reach out to your local post office and we will do the same on your and our behalf.
 

LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES

Bottle of Bread is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. We are a very small business and can not reimburse orders. We will do our best to help you find something that is marked delivered but has not reached your doorway.
